About Us

KENDRA PETRILL
Kendra has been involved with fitness for more than 15 years. After having run numerous marathons, 10Ks and 5Ks, she has added walking into her fitness routine. Kendra has experienced the same benefits from walking as she has from running, such as being physically fit, sleeping better and enjoying an overall feeling of accomplishment.
Kendra holds degrees in Sociology and Communications from Otterbein College. She has helped people all her life through her work as a social worker, event planner and account manager. Kendra currently is employed at Gracehaven House. At Step and Stride, Kendra plans events to help all individuals have a positive experience, enjoy a healthy lifestyle and keep walking.
STEPHANIE STRADLEY
Stephanie has a long history in health and fitness as a certified strength and conditioning specialist and a certified athletic trainer. She earned her undergraduate degree in Health Education from The Ohio State University in 1998, a master’s in Athletic Training from the University of Florida in 2000 and a master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Marietta College in 2007. She currently works as a physician assistant in orthopedic surgery at the Ohio State University Hand & Upper Extremity Center.
Stephanie has also worked as a personal trainer and is an avid runner, having completed the Columbus Marathon and many half marathons. She enjoys helping people achieve their health and fitness goals and appreciates the benefits of walking for fitness, fun, weight loss, fellowship, stress management and overall good health.
