KENDRA PETRILL
Kendra has been involved with fitness for over 15 years. Having ran numerous marathons, half marathons, 10K's and 5K's, she added walking into her fitness routine.  Kendra has experienced the same benefits with walking as she does with running, such as being physically fit, sleeping better and an overall feeling of accomplishment.

Kendra graduated from Otterbein College in 1992 with a degree in Sociology and again in 1994 with a degree in Communication.  Kendra has helped people all her life as a social worker, event planner and account manager.  At Step and Stride, Kendra will plan events to make sure all individuals have a positive experience, enjoy a healthy lifestyle and keep walking.  
 
 
JENNIFER SCHIFF
Jennifer has been involved in health and fitness her entire professional career.  She received her degree in Athletic Training from Otterbein College in 1992.  After graduation she worked nine years in outpatient sports medicine physical therapy clinics.  Since 2000, she has worked alongside her husband at The Fitness Edge in Dublin, Ohio.  While at The Fitness Edge, she helped people of all ages and abilities reach their fitness goals.  Many of her clients began with a simple walk.
 
Over the years, she has developed many strong friendships through walking.  Jennifer truly believes anyone can enjoy the unlimited physical and emotional benefits of walking.  At Step and Stride, Jennifer also focuses on developing training programs for beginners or ramping up the mileage for more advanced walkers.  Her medical background and fitness experience also allows her to integrate strengthening and flexibility into walking programs to promote optimal health.


Kendra and Jennifer completed the Spirit of Columbus Half Marathon this past August and the New Albany Classic in September. Kendra completed the Columbus Half Marathon in October.
